The 'Lighter' Side Of The Force
Yes lets completely ignore the fact that she has Lukes old helmet. The Rebellion symbol and writing on top of the ear cup are the exact same.
Actually, it's been verified that the helmet belongs to another X-Wing pilot, whose ship was shot down over Jakku.

That is not Lukes old Helmet, she got it from one of the crashed X wings she drives by every day when she scavenges the Star Destroyer. This guy's videos are fucking stupid. He Never paid attention to any of the movies. This moron thinks that Obi wan had a daughter 23 years after his death?
It would be completely unimaginative, cheap, and obvious storytelling to just make her Luke's daughter. Have you even considered maybe everything is a setup for a suprise twist?
https://youtu.be/Nmj1y7boXnY this guy has my vote.
That's not actually Lukes helmet. It belongs to Captain Dosmit Ræh of the Tierfon Yellow Aces. Go read the visual dictionary.
yeah. No. Luke's helmet has all the same markings as the one he wore in the original trilogy.
One helmet to rule them all
Obi Wan only had the lightsaber for 19 years.
She's Luke daughter.
I REALLY like this theory and it would be AWESOME if it were true. But I'm sure Disney will write her as Luke's daughter
Rey couldn't Obi Wan daughter. Obi wan died when Luke are still young. Rey look like a teenager 30 years after Battle of Endor. Unless a Jedi ghost can have sex with anyone and have child. Hmmm...
True, but Obiwan had roughly 18 years to have a child with someone while waiting for Luke to grow up, who then had Kenobi's granddaughter Odds are he was forced out of exile more than once, the force being a call to destiny and all that...
Nice theory. Why couldn't she be a Kenobi niece instead of his daughter? That would help with the bloodlines. I'm still thinking that she is a Skywalker because of her force proficiency, ability with flying and technical repair ability.
Uh, he said granddaughter.
She is one of the solo twins, willing to bet.
exactly (y) and obviously she killed her own twin brother.
In the game Kylo Ren calls her cousin. So she is definitely Luke's daughter.
It would be awesome yes.. but impossible.. the film is 30 years after episode 7. Kenobi dies in eposide 4 and he is very old. then Rey if the daughter of kenobi she would have minium 40 or 50 years old.. Its impossible. Rey SKywalker for the win
Rey Organa Solo.
I think she's the kylo's sister according to the construction of the movie that look a lot like the old trilogy I'm prtty sure they will do almost the same as the relationship between Luke and Darth vader. She will discover the family link, see that there is still good in her brother and try to save him.
Save who? Kylo Ren is left behind deadly wounded on the planet about to explode!
perhaps you ment of her younger brother Anakin.
In the Clone Wars series, Kenobi has a pretty heavy flirtation going on with Sabine(sp?), the ruler of Mandalore at the time. They could have had a child. Rey could be the grandchild.
Your right about the romance but her name is Satine kryze (sabine is the name of the mandalorian with the ghost crew in rebels.) Just and FYI no put down intended
I do not think rey is kylos sister because han and leia wouldve know they had another child but they never mention another child
Just because it's not mentioned on the screen doesn't mean it's not true or plausible. Too many people are lazy movie watchers and don't watch for context clues , like the way the ground split apart dividing the two or the way rey was instinctively drawn to Han and the falcon. Even the way Han looked at her his expressions lead on that he suspected something. There was even out right dialogue between han and Rey in regards to nepotism. Anyone who's worked with a relative especially a parent has heard the "no special treatment" speech. They are siblings, And she won't be fighting to convince him. At the end kylo is called to the emperor or Vader, whoever supreme commander is, for completion of training. Both sides are in an arms race and there is only one true neutral character that may be force sensitive enough to tip the scale in favor of one side.
Fair enough, the age gap between Obi-Wan's death and Rey's birth is significant, however, the YouTuber did mention her being a third, possible fourth generation Kenobi. What if Kenobi had offspring that we don't yet know about, and Rey is product of them, making her Kenobis grand-daughter? And what if, just if... Kenobi had a daughter before her (Reys possible mother) who went on to have Rey WITH Skywalker...? Hmmm. Curious, I am. Seriously can't wait for the next installment, for a little clarity. Loving all the theories!
I think, when she has the flashback, there's a moment where we can see Kylo leaving her apart in Jakku, maybe for protect her (or himself)... I'm sure she's his daughter...
She is one of the twins, bens sister, Han and leia had twins
Some are forgetting that they're Jedi, Jedi are not meant to have relations as Anakin did, its against their order..
Shes Luke daugther. In Disney Infinity, Kylo Ren talk to her: "I'll fight you, cousin". Im very sad bout it, dont wanted her to be a Skywalker
"Qui-Gonn worst Jedi"? The guy who JUST discovered the way of Force Spirit?I ceased to watch you theory right there, because if the rest of your arguments will be this good, there is no point in hearing them.
She's the twin of Kylo. Thry followed the books slightly. Changed a few things but seperated them young for some reason. Probably because Kylo went bad. Maybe she's just his sister born after him and seperated in case he took her to the dark side with him. Sorry for the spoiler.
she has to be Kylo's twin sister, but they don't even look like siblings. something is very wrong here.
the key is in the vision she had. The guy that was in possesion of the falcon was holding her back when she was screaming after the ship was leaving. who would leave her with that guy and why. he must have been watching after, sort of anyway
unkar plutt is who seems to be holding her arm when she is screaming
Did no one notice when they talked to the innkeeper that gave her the light saber. Said this was your father's lightsaber and his father before him. It is anakins saber
Just one frase (don't think it was just for saying): The force is strong in my family. My father had it, I have it, my sister has it...and you have it to...Don't think it was directed to Kylo Ren
