The 'Lighter' Side Of The Force
While your theory is plausible, there is one problem with it. Luke being Rey's father is too obvious.
There's no reason for Rey's parentage needing to be a "surprise" (heck, that would be another way the discontented vocal minority would accuse the new trilogy of repeating the original). We've been there, done that. Kathy Kennedy has stated, as have others, that the Star Wars saga is about the Skywalker family, and there is too much in TFA to indicate Rey *is* Luke's daughter, to the point that if she wasn't, it would almost not make sense. The theories about her being Han and Leia's don't add up, and any other parentage would seem to come out of left field. The saga has been about the Skywalker lineage and the "Chosen One" (though that idea didn't exist until the prequels), and given Rey's amazing connection to the Force, it would only make sense that she would be descended from Anakin and Luke. "Too obvious" is based on a presumption that it needs to be a surprise. It doesn't.
Everything about Kylo is dead on, I think. But, I still think the jury is out on her parents. I personally think she is Kylo's little sister.
If that was true, Han would have reconized her, either him or Leia
Well I think Han does recognise her. Remember the scene where maz asks Han who the girl is and we cut to Finn and Rey talking and don't even see han's reaction to the question?
Also, he asks her name then seems upset by the answer, then asks her to join him on the falcon... to keep her away from the Resistance. I still say she is Han and Leia's tho. She is JUST like Han, which is what I think he figures out... Also, why no one recognizes her on sight?? She was too young, in real life long lost kids have met their parents after they are adults and neither realize it at first. Also, the theory about Kylo rescuing Rey I agree with, but I think its because she is his little sister, not cousin.
You may have missed the video from the game where Kylo calls her "cousin"... it must be true. Good theory!
He doesn't say cousin, he says curses. They debunked that by putting on the subtitles.
Did anyone nottest that leia, hughed rey so close after she hears about Han died? Almost add the end of the film. While rey and leia haven't met in the movie before. It felt like leia felt trusted familiar with rey.
The novelization of the movie doesn't really point in any direction as to who her parents are but the book make sure to point out that Kylo knows who she is
