The 'Lighter' Side Of The Force
Great article Where was it ?
Video on YouTube.
Kylo rens visual similarity to darth revan would be an interesting video
Wish i could block these from showing up on my feed.
Unlike the page.
There is more to it than that. At that point, kylo is at his weakest. The pain and doubt of being torn between light and dark sides gave him a strong connection to the dark side. As he kills his father, the agony leaves him and he needs to find a new connection to the force. He uses the physical pain, which is not as powerful as emotional one, and that allows his ass to be kicked by Rey. (or so I think)
I like that theory
I also feel like he hits himself to keep himself angry. As he is very conflicted
Makes sense.Have you done a video about why Kylo's lightsaber blade is shaky unlike any other lightsaber?
That can be answered by the fact that when constructing his lightsaber, Kylo Ren used a cracked kyber crystal thus giving the blade a more crackling/unstable look to it.
I thought the shaky light of his saber is because it's the reflection of Kylo's strength. So the saber can't handle Kylo's power.
Type of blade/stability of the blade ALL has to do with the crystal and build.Probably used an unfocused crystal because the crystal was too strong for him to tune.
Ddrrr, Chewy shoots him with a blaster after he kills Han thus injured, so I take it he's punching the wound so it doesn't clog with blood so nit to slow his movements which it did.
Ummm pretty sure you want the wound to clot so it stops the bleeding, and with a blaster, the fire would cauterize the wound meaning it wouldnt be bleeding that much if at all anyways, why do you think in the first 6 movies no one like ever bled
Actually the video is wrong about Darth Bane and the poison causing him pain which fuelled his strength. As far as I remember that's not written in the book, what gives him strength is his feeding off of the Anguish of killing the junker and his children.
Kylo didn't kill Han. It was suicide.
My personal theory:Kylo didn't kill Han in vein. Kylo is working for the light side, he had to kill Han to "prove" he was on the dark side to get closer to Snoke to eventually kill him. Han knew this when he went looking for him, that's why he called out to him with no intention to defend himself. Han knew he would have to sacrifice himself to eventually defeat the dark side. There are many references throughout the movie with Kylo Ren when he seems to be talking to the dark side, but could actually be speaking to the light. Like when he tells Darth Vader's mask that he is going to finish what Darth Vader started, but Darth Vader's last act before he died was to kill Darth Sidious.Kylo Ren also had many chances to kill rebel Fighters like Po, Fin, and Rey, but did not because he knew their importance to the cause. Other Sith Lords don't just do that, except of course Darth Vader, who again killed Darth Sidious.Just a thought.
Can't believe you totally forgot about Darth Vader's eternal pain, mental and from his suit. Anakin's pain in the dark side should be the first thing mentioned.
I thought he was doing it because of his own anger and the burning wound reacting to the cold outside, or the teachings of Supreme Leader Snoke that are kind of similar with the Yuuzhan Vong to cause themselves pain.
Kylo got hit by Chewbacca's Blaster...
I like to think, because ren'S LIGHTSABRE is different, it looks like the same stuff the starkiller planet shot out after it absorbed a sun, as i said, just my thought, as far as ren punching, looked like ren was punishong himself for not being as good as darth vader, the pain was hindering him from being at his best, we all know he has anger management issues
